What you will work on
Production work inside client operations.
Depending on the role, you may work on:
- matter readiness workflows for law firms
- document intake, extraction, verification, and review systems
- AI-assisted research and citation workflows
- workflow automation across M365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API, databases, and internal tools
- client dashboards and operating reports
- handover, monitoring, audit, and improvement loops
- systems that reduce manual checking, duplicate entry, missed follow-ups, and process leakage
